Santorini Wedding – Cavo Ventus
Marjory and Aaron’s Santorini Wedding was definitely one for the books!
The Greek islands and especially the cyclades – that’s our own little love affair! Having fallen in love with the island of Santorini when we first came here 6 years back (in 2018) it does not cease to amaze us! Since then, we returned countless times, made friends and memories and discovered every corner of the island and a lot of islands around. Santorini has a special place in our hearts and we totally get the point why Marjory and Aaron decided to start their journey of marriage at this one of a kind island.
These two chose Cavo Ventus as their Santorini Wedding venue. A truly spectacular location, built on the caldera of Akrotiri and offering all the views you could ask for. M+A’s Santorini Wedding was planned and designed by TIE THE KNOT Santorini and they have again outdone themselves. We are in love with the symmetric, runway inspired ceremony aisle, the white and green color palette and those simplistic ghost chairs. And wait until you see the dinner space!
After their ceremony, we went for a stroll through a nearby village to get some pictures in those traditional charming alleys done. 
On our way back, we stopped at this stunning lookout with that little church that we scouted beforehand. We couldn’t resist getting them on the roof with the sun dying over the aegean sea.
When we got back to the venue, the party kicked off with their emotional entrance to the cocktail area. In love with all the good vibes!
This is the reaction every wedding designer/planner is hoping for when showing the dinner set up to the couple for the first time! Jojo was just over the moon how beautiful everything was.
That’s what we call a dinner with a view! These caldera views never get old – and damn those chandeliers are fire!
After the cutting of the cake there was a surprise firework for the guests and it kinda invited them to swing those bones to the dancefloor.
Party started with a beautiful and emotional first dance and kicked off hard not long after that..
We loved to be around, capturing all the memorable moments throughout the day. Loved to get to know Marjory and Aaron and all their beautiful families and capture memories for them! Thank you!!!
