As a husband and wife photographer team we firmly believe in marriage and we know, a wedding is more than just a ceremony. It’s a day full of emotions.. To not miss any of those moments of happiness, tension, tears of joy and love, we accompany you in twos. The combination of our different perspectives creates an emotional, beautiful report and memories in which you can immerse over and over again. And knowing that these images will have a place in your home and last for a lifetime is such an honor to us.

IMPORTANT Information at a glance
EXTRA HOURS
Additional hours will be charged with € 300 per hour.
RETAINER
Upon booking, 35% of the contract price is payable.
TRAVEL COSTS AND MEALS
We’ll book flights, accommodation and rental car on our own. These costs are already included in the price above. Dinner on the wedding day is provided by the client.
VALIDITY
On receipt of an offer from Chris&Ruth, the requested date is still available for booking and is marked by us, but not reserved. As long as no active feedback exists and the date isn’t fixed, we reserve the right to make more offers for this date.
FIXING OF BOOKING
We consider the booking to be binding once the order confirmation is signed from both sides and the deposit received.
RESIDUAL PAYMENT
The residual payment is due within two weeks after the wedding. The client receives the preview gallery in the meantime.
DELIVERY
The client receives a preview of 20-30 pictures within a week after the wedding. The rest of the pictures follow 4-6 weeks after the wedding. The online gallery is at least one year available.
IMAGE PROCESSING
The customer obtains only processed imagery, without watermark, high resolution in JPG format. The delivery of unedited, raw digital data (RAW) is excluded.
IMAGE RIGHTS
The copyright remains entirely to Chris&Ruth. The client receives for the supplied images the private use and reproduction right. If the images are used by the client online, a clear note concerning the author is requested. e.g. by Chris and Ruth Photography; www.chrisandruth.com; @chrisandruth
PERSONALITY RIGHT
The client agrees by the order assigned that Chris&Ruth may use all resulting images for portfolio purposes. Of course, we respect the privacy to the utmost, and we ask for a hint, if this is not desired. Of course we take into account this request, but ask you to bear in mind at the same time that self-promotion is essential for our company. If the customer wishes to exclude a usage by Chris&Ruth we can send you a detailed offer for our Exclusive-Packages.
