This whole shoot is so close to my heart. People This whole shoot is so close to my heart. People always ask how concepts like this come together. My answer? Follow your instincts. Say out loud what you want - and then let life do its thing. The idea for this shoot actually started before Laura and David even met. We first saw this island in 2021. In 2024, Chris and I returned to this tiny island with its little church while on vacation. I looked at it and told Chris: “One day I want to shoot a couple here. A swimwear shoot. This would be amazing.” And then… drumroll 🥁 In 2025, Laura and David reached out about their 2026 wedding. One of the reasons they wanted to book us was the natural, beautiful couple shoots we create with our couples. Laura sent me two pictures she loved - both recent swimwear shoots we had done. I didn’t need a second to know: This was the manifestation coming to life. There they were. Our couple. And they fit the idea perfectly. They didn’t want to copy a shoot. They trusted us to create something unique for them. I made them a PDF with the concept. They said YES. Right away. And then the rest of the magic happened. Maria (@tietheknotsantorini), a dear friend who actually created the connection between Laura, David and us, added the final sparkle - organizing the most perfect boat @kymatia Like… how is there even a boat like that?! Somehow, the whole thing became even better than we could have imagined. This shoot feels like a little mirror of how my life has been going lately. Say what you want. Be patient. Sometimes forget about it. And somehow, it shows up when the timing is right. The less pressure I put on things, the easier life seems to go. Creating in reaction, not in force. That’s something I’ve learned over the last 7 years. Haha - long text. But not TOO long, considering I haven’t posted for 10 months… So better be happy I’m back with this one. 🤍 Excited to hear your feedback 🫶🏼

Her grandparents once bought a tiny apartment in the village, and since childhood, she’s spent her summers there.
